STEP (Support to Eliminate Poverty), Inc., 200 Dent Street, Rocky Mount, is the Community Action Agency serving Franklin and Patrick counties. STEP initiates, provides and coordinates programs to combat the underlying causes of poverty and to help improve the quality of life for low income residents.
